Since opening the Metropolitan Property Group Florida LLC Johnathan has focused solely on Mult-Family Acquisitions and stabilization. Johnathan’s extensive experience in acquisitions, debt financing, project management, and property management, make Johanthan the ideal person to handle your investments as he truly understands all facets of a project and how they are all intertwined.. Jonathan currently has $60M in AUM and the portfolio has continued to grow year over year.
